Founded in 2006 in Seattle, our primary focus is on project and program management and talent acquisition services. Many of our employees have been here since we started, and we’ve grown into a strong group that relies on each other to better serve our clients. Our name represents our approach to solving problems. “Tama” refers to a fast-moving object, such as an arrow or a bullet, that takes a direct, unyielding path to a target. “Zari” is a golden thread woven into fabric. It represents our focus on creating a cohesive strategy that runs throughout your business to help you achieve greater long-term prosperity.
